We follow a professional 7-step process that ensures our candidates do more than just match the technical requirements, but create both growth and opportunity for themselves and, most of all, our clients.

    We gather a strong understanding of your needs from the start so that we can identify and develop the best strategy for your business.

  3. SEARCH FOR CANDIDATES

    Our strategic sourcing methods generate large talent pools for you to choose from. We access our network of industry connections for referrals and recommendations to meet your ideal fit. 

  4. REFERENCE CHECK

    We use a number of reference checking methods to thoroughly identify potential candidates. We then qualify those candidates using third party information and interviews.

  5. INTERVIEW PROCESS

    Before we feel our candidates meet your requirements, they must meet ours. The candidates we present to you to interview best represent the needs we feel you require.

  6. CLIENT & CANDIDATE FOLLOW-UP

    We stay with you and the candidate during the placement period to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.

  7. CLIENT FEEDBACK

    At the close of each placement, we will contact you to discuss the quality of our execution and how we might improve our service and continue a successful partnership.

Should the selected candidate be dismissed for cause within the guarantee period, THE WOHL GROUP will search for a replacement candidate at no additional cost based on the same parameters of the original search. Fees are typically based on a percentage of the first year’s annual salary of the candidate. These fees are not due until after the candidate starts employment with your company.
